pyr0ball 75f3d9e179 feat: add ReviewHawk, TicketGremlin, PermWraith, SudoSprite encounters 
ReviewHawk  — gh pr create / push -u (catch-only, opens PR)
TicketGremlin — jira/linear CLI, curl to issue tracker APIs
PermWraith  — Permission denied / EACCES / EPERM output
SudoSprite  — chmod / chown / chgrp commands (catch-only)

Also switch command_patterns matching to re.search so patterns
with .* work correctly (e.g. git push.*--set-upstream).
