d51cad7c9f v1.1 Piezo Standalone board 
- Added overvolt/overcurrent protection
via zener diode and fuse
 - Swapped LM358 dual channel opamp + MCP6001 Single Channel opamp for LM2902 Quad Channel.
 - Added jumper to bypass Vreg for < 6V input

ab13935934 Replaced opamps with single quad-channel 
Replacement has better specs and is not backordered. BOM price is also a
bit better.
