Map the universe of government forms by domain. Which agencies, which form types, which pain points are highest priority for the ND/adaptive needs audience?

Starting taxonomy

  • Benefits: SSA (SSI/SSDI), VA, Medicaid/CHIP
  • Financial aid: FAFSA, state aid portals
  • Immigration: USCIS I-485, I-765, N-400
  • Permits: local business licenses, building permits

Questions to answer

  • Which form types have the highest friction for ND users?
  • What data does the pipeline need to capture per form type?
  • What's the MVP form set for Alpha?
