Gap: current palette is a minimal iOS-style scheme (red 0xFF3B30 heat, blue 0x0A84FF cool, gray 0x444444 background, white toggle). Worth revisiting against the actual Lennox iComfort reference photos gathered for the classic-replica spec (circuitforge-plans/firecrest/superpowers/specs/assets/icomfort-s30-reference/), arc end-cap styling, and knob styling.

Scope decision needed: classic (faithful replica) should probably stay strictly matched to the real Lennox device and not diverge here without new reference justification. classic+ has more design freedom since it's already a departure from the literal replica (persistent rails). Decide whether theme refinement applies to classic+ only or both.
