Empty state: 'No saved recipes yet. Bookmark a recipe from Find or Browse.' — instructs users to go elsewhere with no navigation path. Barrier for users with task initiation difficulties.

Fix: Replace static instruction with action buttons: 'Browse recipes' (→ Browse tab) and 'Find recipes for my pantry' (→ Find tab).
