When nutrition filters are set and the <details> section is collapsed, no indicator shows that filters are active. Users re-run suggestions and get unexpectedly sparse results.

Fix: Make the <summary> text dynamic: 'Nutrition Filters (3 active)' or add a filled dot indicator.
