Recipe cards show no time or effort signal. For users deciding based on available energy (ADHD, low-spoon days, chronic fatigue), this is a critical missing dimension.

Data: prep_time_minutes, cook_time_minutes from corpus; step_count from steps array; 'active attention' flag (sustained stirring vs. passive oven time).
