Engine computes match % but no UI filter for 'only show recipes I have 100% of ingredients for' or 'missing at most 1 item'. A max_missing field may already exist in the engine.

Implementation: Filter chips in Find tab: 'Have everything' (0 missing) and 'Missing ≤1'. Wire to max_missing in RecipeRequest.

Tier: Free.
