Lean self-contained workflow — no Forgejo-specific secrets. circuitforge-core installs from Forgejo git (public repo). Forgejo (.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml) remains the canonical CI. Backend: ruff + pytest | Frontend: vue-tsc only (no vitest yet)
