Tone labels like 'slightly sarcastic' or 'warmly impatient' are English-centric and may lose precision in translation.

Design task:

  • Define the canonical Linnet label vocabulary (N labels)
  • For each label, identify translation risk: does the concept exist in target languages?
  • For high-risk labels: define fallback labels or accept graceful degradation
  • Annotate labels that should NOT be translated (e.g. proper nouns, Elcor-format labels)
  • Document in docs/label-vocabulary.md

This is a pre-implementation design task. Output is a vocabulary doc, not code.
