Notation v0.1.x scaffold complete: FastAPI backend (sessions, SSE, history, audio WS, export), Vue 3 frontend (NowPanel, HistoryStrip, ComposeBar, useToneStream, useAudioCapture), 26 tests passing. Committed 7e14f91.
