Replace raw crontab management with a Magpie-managed schedule config.

  • Per-campaign config: day, time UTC, script/variant, target subs, enabled/disabled toggle
  • Schedule stored in config file or SQLite, not crontab
  • Dashboard view: weekly grid of slots with status (pending | posted | failed | skipped)
  • Manual trigger per slot
  • Pause/resume toggle
