Resolved by Plan B (merged 2026-04-27).

  • Migration 016 adds thread_title_pattern, thread_url_override, occurrence columns to campaign_subs
  • RedditCommentStrategy implements URL override + title pattern discovery via Reddit public JSON API
  • is_nth_weekday() + parse_occurrence() handle first_sunday / every / arbitrary occurrence gating
  • Seeded campaigns: r/Flipping (every Sunday) + r/cscareerquestions (first Sunday)
  • Occurrence check wired into poster.py
