Magpie should monitor target subreddits for threads that contain signal relevant to CF products, even if the post itself is not worth engaging with.

Workflow:

Crawl new posts in target subs on a schedule
Match against keyword/topic list (configurable per product)
Classify: genuine discussion vs bait/promo post (upvote ratio, account age, comment tone)
Extract pain point from comments (not just OP)
Output: thread URL + pain point summary + suggested CF angle + engage/skip recommendation
File to content bank (messaging-framework.md or structured DB)

Concrete example: https://www.reddit.com/r/selfhosted/comments/1srt89b/ — flagged as bait post but pain point (persistent local AI context) extracted and filed to messaging-framework.md manually on 2026-04-21. This should be automated.
