Deliverables

  • Setup wizard: enter Twilio (optional, BYOK) or use CF cloud
  • First-run guide: 'What Osprey does and doesn't do'
  • In-app help for each screen
  • Agency setup instructions (which number, what to expect)
  • Privacy disclosure: call audio processed locally via Whisper, no PII retention

Plain-language, accessible. Primary audience includes ND users and people in distress dealing with bureaucratic systems. No technical jargon in user-facing copy.
