[Vue] Interviews: rejected jobs analytics section missing #56

Problem

The Streamlit Interviews page has an expandable "Rejected" section showing rejection stage breakdown, a timeline chart, and a full list of rejected jobs. The Vue kanban has no rejected analytics.

Missing features

  • Collapsible rejected jobs section (below kanban)
  • Stats bar: count by rejection stage (applied, phone_screen, interviewing, offer)
  • Timeline chart (rejections over time)
  • Full rejected job list with stage + rejection date
