Problem

The Streamlit Settings → Fine-Tune tab provides training data management and model fine-tuning controls. The Vue FineTuneView.vue exists but needs content audited and gaps filled.

Expected features

Training data management (list pairs, add/remove examples)
Start fine-tune button (queues background task, premium tier only)
Training progress display
Model status (current fine-tuned model registered in Ollama)
