The post-hire feedback widget shipped in #91 (hired InterviewCards now show an optional reflection prompt with factor checkboxes + freetext). Responses persist to hired_feedback on the jobs row — future Avocet training data.

Remaining action items:

Reach out to the beta tester (personally, opt-in ask) about a public testimonial
Once a testimonial is in hand, surface it on the website / marketing materials
