Coverage areas

  • Referral tracking: PCP → specialist, auth required, appointment slot
  • Waitlist monitoring: alert when slot opens, auto-book option (Ultra tier)
  • Records: request, track, chase, organize medical records
  • Prior auth (medical): coordinate with Harrier patterns

ND-specific considerations

  • Executive function support: step-by-step guidance, reminders, status tracking
  • Phone-averse users: maximize portal/mail pathways, minimize required calls
