Status: Concept

Context: Privacy-first, local-only voice assistant hardware platform. Mycroft-compatible wake word + inference. Minerva (owl) fits the avian naming convention.

Scope (concept stage):

Hardware design: wake word detection on-device (Maixduino / similar edge hardware)
Local STT/TTS inference — no cloud dependency
Mycroft-compatible skill/plugin layer
Integration with CF LLM stack for intent resolution
Privacy guarantees: no audio leaves device except on explicit user action

Out of scope (concept): Cloud fallback, multi-room, commercial hardware SKU
