Summary

Consulting service: clients bring AI-generated codebases that have gone wrong (runaway Claude Code sessions, Cursor/Copilot sprawl, vibe-coded apps that broke). CF audits, repairs, and installs guardrails.

Current state

Service concept defined
Consulting portal backend built (invoices, contracts, client auth)
Portal not yet publicly accessible (website#TBD)
No public services page yet (website#TBD)

Productization track (dedicated session)

When ready to productize:

Fixed service tiers (audit-only / audit+repair / full guardrail setup)
Self-serve intake form with codebase size, stack, AI tool used
Standardized deliverable format (PR + report + CLAUDE.md template)
Possible SaaS angle: recurring "AI hygiene" retainer

Target clients

Solo devs whose vibe-coded project outgrew their understanding
Small teams who onboarded AI tools without process guardrails
Startups post-MVP who need to professionalize AI-assisted code
